Your food and
training, coached.
Most trackers make you log a plate as one vague entry. Snap a real meal and CataFit breaks it into every item, with calories and macros on each.

One photo. Every item.
Real meals are mixed. Rice with a curry and a side isn't one food, and logging it as one number is how most people quietly quit tracking by week three.
Photo logging
Point the camera at your plate. Every item comes back separately, with calories and macros you can adjust.
Barcode scanning
Anything packaged logs in about a second. No typing, no hunting through a search list.
Weekly training
Plans built around your goal and your equipment, with weight and reps logged on every set.
An AI coach
Ask why the scale moved or what to eat tonight. Answers come from your log, not from generic advice.
Goals that move with you.
A calorie target you set once is wrong within a month. CataFit watches your real weight trend against what you've actually logged and moves the target when your body says it should — so progress doesn't stall quietly.

How accurate is the photo estimate?
It's an estimate, and it says so. CataFit identifies the items and portions it can see, then gives you a number you can edit — tap any item to correct the quantity or macros. Consistency matters more than precision for weight change, and an editable estimate you actually log beats a perfect number you skip.
Does it handle food that isn't Western?
Yes — that's the part it was built for. Mixed plates with rice, curry and sides come back as separate items rather than one lump.
Do I have to log workouts too?
No. Plenty of people use the food side alone. The training plans are there when you want them, and the coach uses whatever you've logged.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. CataFit is on iPhone today.
